When a customer orders a vehicle tracking device from the GPS Tracker Shop they can rest assured that they are getting the absolute best support and warranty on the market. Every fleet tracking and vehicle management device offered through the GPS Tracker Shop is completely covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and is fully supported by our knowledgeable technical support staff. Even if the GPS monitoring product is no longer in warranty, our trained technical support staff will continue to provide assistance to anyone with questions regarding the hardware or software of that GPS tracker at absolutely NO COST!
Things You Should Know Before Purchasing
GPS Tracker Shop one-year manufacturer's limited warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of product and is not transferable in anyway. (This is one of the reasons why you want to avoid buying used products on eBay, Amazon or other places where used equipment is resold).
Although many of our GPS trackers are water-resistant, they are not waterproof, making water damage something not covered under warranty. Therefore, GPS vehicle tracking device users who intend on having their system subjected to elemental conditions and potential water exposure need to take additional precautions to keep their device secure since water damage is not covered under warranty. Customer care representatives can offer suggestions on how to better protect your GPS tracker if you have questions, but ultimately the liability falls upon the purchaser of the GPS tracker to protect the device.
GPS trackers that are lost are not covered under warranty.
Any warranty-related issues regarding the functionality or operation of GPS monitoring equipment must be resolved between the customer and manufacturer. The GPS Tracker Shop will provide the purchaser with all of the information they need to handle any warranty issue(s), and would be glad to help in anyway possible resolve any problems.
