Shipping & Delivery Policy
We here at the GPS Tracker Shop take pride in quickly responding to emails, processing orders and shipping product(s). We make every effort to ship product(s) the day the order has been processed. Orders received and processed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Product is only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding those days that fall upon a holiday.
If an order is placed on any holiday observed by the GPS Tracker Shop, the product(s) will not be shipped until the following business day. The GPS Tracker Shop observes the following holidays:
- New Years Day: January 1
- Good Friday: Friday Before Easter
- Memorial Day: Last Monday Of May
- Independence Day: July 4
- Day After Independence Day: July 5
- Labor Day: First Monday Of September
- Thanksgiving: Last Thursday Of November
- Day After Thanksgiving: Last Friday of November
- Christmas Eve: December 24
- Christmas: December 25
- New Years Eve: December 31
Once the customer has completed and submitted an order, they will receive an email within 48 hours that will contain a tracking number from the shipping agent. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the time and date GPS tracking product(s) will arrive at their destination.
Customers requiring shipment to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) need to contact a fleet tracking representative at the GPS Tracker Shop where the following service conversions will apply.
FedEx Ground - will be substituted with regular US Mail Service.
FedEx 2nd Day Air - will be substituted with Priority US Mail Service.
FedEx Overnight - will be substituted with Express US Mail Service.
GPS Tracker Shop will ship vehicle tracking product(s) to customers anywhere in the entire world! Customers looking for international shipping quotes can contact a customer service representative at anytime for information on global shipping rates and services.
Online ordering is only available to customers inside the continental United States at this point in time.
GPS Tracker Shop and our e-commerce store (www.gps-tracker.com) assume absolutely no liability for any merchandise or product(s) that are in transit. Merchandise that is lost, damaged or misplaced while in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers wanting to make certain GPS tracking products are safely delivered can contact GPS Tracker Shop to discuss purchasing insurance for the package before the product(s) are shipped. GPS Tracker Shop (www.gps-tracker.com) shall not be liable for any interruption in delivery services, delays, failures to perform, damages, losses or destruction, or the malfunction of any service or any consequence thereof caused or occasioned by, or due to fire, flood, water, the elements, acts of God, war and threat of imminent war, labor disputes or shortages, utility curtailments, power failures, explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, shortages of equipment or supplies, unavailability of transportation, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause beyond the affected party’s reasonable control. GPS Tracker Shop LLC (www.gps-tracker.com) will exercise good faith efforts to alleviate any such cause of delay. We will take every appropriate step to ensure successful delivery of product, however, the shipping agent and purchaser are liable once the product has been shipped.
