Online Ordering & Payment

Special requests to submit payment via money order or company check can be granted, but only if the customer first makes arrangements with a GPS Tracker Shop sales representative. International customers looking to invest in GPS tracking hardware will also be required to speak with a sales representative prior to ordering. This is because international clients must provide additional documentation due to the high amount of fraudulent activity associated with international transactions. Orders accompanied by company check will result in a 10 business day hold to allow sufficient time for the funds to clear. International orders can only be processed via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram or bank wire transfer. All requests for returns, refunds or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation by the shipper. Products that were damaged in transit require that the customer make a claim directly with the shipping company (Federal Express, unless otherwise requested by the buyer) as products lost or damaged en transit are not the responsibility of GPS Tracker Shop (www.gps-tracker.com). Once product has left the GPS Tracker Shop facilities, GPS Tracker Shop (www.gps-tracker.com) is no longer liable.
